Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods.  If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order.
FREE SHIPPING when you spend over $150!

Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $10 for shipping. Please note free shipping is not applied when a gift card or online credit is used to pay for an order.

We deliver products domestically using Aus Post for all metropolitan areas (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Aus Post allows for parcels to arrive within 2-5 business days once dispatched. Regional areas may receive their parcel within 3-10 business days once dispatched.

We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Aus Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order has left the warehouse, Deus Ex Machina is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.

If you have not received your items within 10 business days of dispatch please email us at hello@au.deuscustoms.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery as soon as possible.  In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office or collection point.

Deus uses DHL Express for all international deliveries. A freight quotation is given at checkout after entering your address and is calculated automatically by DHL Express depending on location and weight of parcel, prior to purchase.  

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with DHL Express. DHL Express post quotes their delivery time anywhere between 2-15 business days, this is dependent entirely upon your location.

Please note that Deus Ex Machina is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is your responsibility to track your parcel directly with your country’s postal service.

Any orders exceeding $50 are subject to the customs policies of their destination countries. Some international orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, they are set by the destination country. Deus Ex Machina cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Deus Ex Machina will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Deus Ex Machina is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Australia post tracking can be used to track your parcel here. Deus Ex Machina is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however, we are not able to refund in these circumstances.

We fulfil our customers’ orders from a number of different warehouses. At times, your order may be split into more than one delivery. If you do not receive an item this is likely the case. You should receive two or more tracking numbers for the different shipments, please ensure you check your spam or junk inbox if you cannot locate the tracking.  

Deus does not take liability for the loss of ATL orders, and therefore we will not action this request. If you wish to have your parcel left in a safe place, we highly recommend delivery to a workplace or where someone is always available. If you would like to have a parcel marked as ATL, then you will need to reach out to DHL Express on 13 14 06 and quote your tracking number whereupon you will be presented with a liability waiver.
