Another client specced, ground up custom just exited the Bengkel's carved wood doors. The customer, Tim Russo, lives atop Bali's most famous wave, Uluwatu…So climbing the steep hills will be a daily occurrence for the bike, dubbed 'The Ulu.'
From Karamas to The Bukit, Lombok to Sumbawa, this ride was built with travel in mind. The Scorpio engine and chopped frame have been aided by an extended swing arm, rugged upside down Aprilia shocks and a pair of trusty dual trek Firestone tires wrapped around 18 and 19 inch rims. The hand made tank, seat, fenders and scrambler exhaust also add a little more uniqueness to the custom equation. Tim should have no problem handling whatever path he may come across. With the addition of a custom made, leather wrapped surfboard rack 'The Ulu' is perfect for long distance wave hunting or navigating the pot-hole riddled roads of Bali.
