Deus offers Flat Rate shipping via Australian Air Express. This service is available for all Australian residents and is a trackable service with authority to leave / non signature. This is at the drivers discretion – If the location is not suitable to leave the parcel safely, a card will be left notifying you of a point of contact for re-delivery. To track your parcel, navigate to https://trackandtrace.aae.com.au/ and enter your tracking number found on the bottom right of your shipping notification. AAE will deliver through Australia Post for some rural areas. For more information on these areas, please contact AAE directly.

Free Shipping – Over $50.00
For all domestic orders over $50 Deus offers a free shipping service via Australian Air Express. See below for more information on delivery and tracking.

Additional Information
Australian Air Express (Express Courier) – Authority to Leave (No signature required). Australian Air Express orders placed before 1:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days. Australian Air Express is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Deus Ex Machina takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, Deus Ex Machina will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Australian Air Express cannot be delivered to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with eParcel. Australian Air Express is not valid for extra heavy orders (over 5kg) and in these cases your order will be shipped via eParcel.

Deus uses Australia Post for all International post services. Registered Post International generally takes anywhere between 3 – 10 working days between metropolitan areas of major cities for delivery.

Express Post Int
Deus uses Australia Post for all International post services. Express Post International generally takes anywhere between 3 – 7 working days between metropolitan areas of major cities for delivery and is a basic trackable service. To track your parcel, navigate to http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html and enter your tracking number found on the bottom right of your shipping notification.

Express Post Int W/ Extra Cover
Express Post International with Extra Cover insures your Deus package from theft, loss and damage up to $5000. For more information please refer to the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/.

Additional Information
For our International Orders we entrust Australia Registered Post with being able to access all over the world. The shipping cost is auto calculated on total weight, including the package weight. Shipping costs for various items will vary according to the final weight when shipped. Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Deus Ex Machina do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Deus Ex Machina is not liable for these charges.
