Deus Ex Machina is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any item you are not completely satisfied with, please contact support@deuscustoms.com. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not applicable on Sale items.

Once our warehouse has received your items, please allow 7 working days for us to process your return. (Original delivery fees are non-refundable).

How to return your goods?

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

1. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused.
2. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label.

3. Attend your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Deus Ex Machina not liable for lost return parcels.

Exchange Policy

Should you find that your item does not fit or suit, we allow exchanges for a different size (if available) or for another style of equal value. If a garment is not available then you will be refunded. To exchange your item, please email us your order details and an accompanying note explaining which size you require.
